Ninh Hai District Party Committee deploys tasks for 2024

On December 6, Ninh Hai District Party Committee held a conference to evaluate the implementation of tasks in 2023 and set out directions and tasks for 2024. Comrade Le Van Binh, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee attended and directed the conference.

Carrying out the tasks in 2023 in a context of many advantages and difficulties, but with the efforts of the entire political system from the district to the grassroots, there have been many efforts, efforts, and determination to focus on comprehensively implementing the tasks of socio-economic development; national defense and security, party building and the political system. 13/14 main targets have been achieved and exceeded compared to the plan. The district has focused on promoting the implementation of the new rural criteria, especially the construction of advanced and model new rural areas. Up to now, the whole district has 5/8 communes meeting advanced new rural standards; 14 villages meeting new rural standards and 01 village meeting model new rural standards. It is expected that by the end of 2023, 7/8 communes will meet advanced new rural standards. The cultural and social fields have been implemented synchronously; policies and regimes have been implemented promptly and in accordance with regulations. Vocational training to create jobs and labor export have been promoted. Military and defense tasks were effectively implemented, with military assignment reaching 100% of the target. Party building, political system, and ideological education were promoted, with 99 new party members admitted, reaching 100% of the assigned target.

In 2024, Ninh Hai District Party Committee proposed the following main tasks and solutions: Focusing on maximizing the potential advantages of the marine economy and tourism, building Ninh Hai into a center for marine economic development of the province; promoting restructuring of the agricultural sector; creating favorable conditions to attract and develop economic sectors; ensuring social security, improving the material and spiritual life of the people; implementing well the administrative reform work associated with the application of information technology; building a clean and strong party and political system. Striving for an average growth rate of production value of 13% - 14%.

Speaking at the conference, comrade Le Van Binh, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, highly appreciated the results that Ninh Hai district has achieved in 2023. In the coming time, he suggested that Ninh Hai District Party Committee should focus on leading and directing to improve growth quality, exploit the potential and advantages of the locality; create a favorable environment to attract investment in industries and fields with local strengths; develop tourism associated with protecting the ecological environment; ensure political security, social order and safety, solidarity and unity throughout the nation, not allowing hot spots to occur; carry out Party building work well, innovate the content and methods of leadership to meet practical requirements.
