Idecaf happily performed a play about General Le Van Duyet during the Ho Chi Minh City Literature and Arts Days.

On the afternoon of October 19, a large audience came to watch the play The Left General Le Van Duyet - The Man Who Carried 9 Death Sentences within the framework of the Ho Chi Minh City Literature and Arts Days. In addition to the play, there were many other activities to serve the public.

The play "The Left General Le Van Duyet - The Man with 9 Death Sentences" is the only historical play performed during the Ho Chi Minh City Literature and Arts Days, from October 18 to 21 at the Youth Cultural House.

The play about Monsignor Le Van Duyet makes the audience moved.

Attending the performance on the afternoon of October 19 of the play " The Left General Le Van Duyet - The Man with 9 Death Sentences " was Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee Dinh Thi Thanh Thuy.

The atmosphere at the play was very good as each performance and each line from the upright characters in the play received applause from the audience.

The play "The Left General Le Van Duyet - The Man Who Carried 9 Death Sentences" (author: Pham Van Quy, edited by Vo Tu Uyen, directed by Hoang Duan) was staged by Idecaf Drama Theater and premiered to audiences in April 2024. The play won a gold medal at the first Ho Chi Minh City Theater Festival last year.

Not only recognized for its artistic quality, the play also meets the audience's needs, so up to now it has performed nearly 50 shows, many of which serve students.
