Opening of the Training Course for Planning Cadres of the Provincial Party Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 and 2026-2031 terms

On August 14, the Provincial Party Standing Committee coordinated with the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics to organize the opening ceremony of the Training course for cadres planning the Provincial Party Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 and 2026-2031 terms. Members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee: Lam Dong, Head of the Provincial Party Organization Committee, Nguyen Long Bien, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee attended the opening ceremony.

The training course had 70 trainees who were planning cadres of the Provincial Party Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 and 2026-2031 terms. From August 14 to 25, the trainees studied and trained on the following topics: Building a national value system, a cultural value system and Vietnamese human standards in the new period; firmly applying and creatively developing Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh's thought; renewing the growth model and restructuring the economy on the basis of science - technology and innovation; some theoretical and practical issues on socialism and the path to socialism in Vietnam; national governance and local governance in the context of digital transformation; improving the Party's leadership and governing capacity in new conditions; topics on the actual situation in the locality...

Provincial Party Committee members: Lam Dong, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee, Nguyen Long Bien, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and delegates attended the opening ceremony.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, the Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee requested that the lecturers and reporters of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, with their extensive knowledge and extensive experience, select key and practical contents to convey, equip, and supplement the methodology and how to apply leadership and management skills, build thinking and vision in leadership, direction and organization for the trainees. The Management Board and the Class Executive Committee regularly direct, manage and prepare fully and best the conditions of facilities, programs and documents to organize the training course according to the plan, schedule, regulations and rules; act as the focal point to regularly grasp the situation and report to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on issues related to study, training and arising issues, ensuring that the training course is organized seriously and achieves the highest results.

Trainees are clearly aware of their responsibilities, arrange their work in their agencies and units scientifically and reasonably to focus on their studies; seriously listen to all the topics with a humble and open-minded spirit, actively exchange, discuss and interact with the reporters on new and difficult issues directly related to the assigned tasks; at the same time, link theory with practice, connect and apply the knowledge they have learned to the actual work of their agencies, units and localities. Thereby, contributing to the successful implementation of assigned tasks; striving to complete the goal of making Ninh Thuan province a fairly developed province in the region and the whole country by 2025.
