The summary report shows that in the 2020-2025 period, Dong Anh commune has achieved many important achievements in all fields of socio-economy, security, national defense, Party building and political system.

In the context of the Covid-19 pandemic, the commune still maintains its economic growth rate, shifting its structure towards urbanization; average income per capita reaches 92.5 million VND/year, an increase of nearly 50% compared to 2020. Planning, infrastructure construction, urban beautification, cultural - social development, education, health care, and social security have all made remarkable progress.

At the Conference, Comrade Nguyen Thi Luong - Vice Chairman of Dong Anh Commune People's Committee launched the patriotic emulation movement for the period 2025-2030 with the theme: "Solidarity - Discipline - Creativity - Development"

He emphasized that, entering a new phase, Dong Anh commune is facing great opportunities and chances, especially after the two-level government model came into operation, along with key projects on infrastructure, urban areas and services being deployed in the area. Along with opportunities, there are still many difficulties and challenges, requiring the entire political system and the people to make great efforts, dare to think, dare to do, innovate, and improve management effectiveness and efficiency.

The focus is: Promoting rapid and sustainable economic development, shifting the structure towards urban areas, increasing trade and services, developing high-tech agriculture, digital economy, green economy; Improving the material and spiritual life of the people, linking emulation with administrative reform, fighting waste, building a civilized urban lifestyle; Developing culture - society, education, health care, building elegant and civilized Dong Anh people, promoting the identity of the historic homeland of Co Loa; Maintaining security - defense, social order and safety, promoting the core role of the armed forces in building a safe and peaceful society.

Speaking at the Conference, Comrade Nguyen Van Thieng - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Dong Anh Commune emphasized that over the past 5 years, despite facing many difficulties, especially the Covid-19 pandemic, Dong Anh Commune has achieved comprehensive results, from economic development, infrastructure construction, urban beautification, cultural - social development to strengthening national defense - security. That is the result of the correct leadership of the Party Committee, the drastic management of the government, the synchronous participation of political - social organizations and especially the consensus of the People.
