Opening of the 2024 basic cultural training class

On the morning of October 24, in Dong Trieu town, the Quang Ninh Provincial Labor Federation held the opening ceremony of the 2024 grassroots cultural vocational training class.

The class was attended by 140 students who are union officials in charge of corporate culture work under the district-level Labor Federations, Industry Unions, Provincial Civil Servants' Unions, grassroots unions under the Provincial Labor Federation and a number of Central enterprise unions located in the area; a number of core elements in the cultural and artistic movement of workers and civil servants in units and enterprises; propaganda collaborators of the Quang Ninh Trade Union; officials in charge of websites and Facebook pages of units and enterprises, and a number of core workers at the grassroots level.

During the 5-day training course, the trainees will be taught 6 topics by the lecturers, including: Policies and orientations for building a cultural life for workers in the new situation and propaganda and agitation work at the grassroots level; skills in collecting and exploiting topics, writing news articles on media and social networks; skills in producing some multimedia communication products; building and promoting cultural values ​​and people of Quang Ninh associated with office culture and public ethics; skills in designing and organizing outdoor activities and collective games for workers; skills in designing and staging art programs, performances and conferences.

After studying theory, students will go on a field trip to Mao Khe TKV Coal Company and receive a certificate of completion of the basic cultural training course.
