Improve social insurance and health insurance collection skills for collection service organizations

On the morning of October 3, in Tan Ninh ward, Tay Ninh Provincial Social Insurance organized the first training course for social insurance (SI) and health insurance (HI) collection service organizations.

Attending and directing the training course were Director of Provincial Social Insurance Nguyen Van Huan; leaders of professional departments and more than 100 trainees who are representatives of collection service organizations in localities in the old Tay Ninh area.

Speaking at the opening of the training course, Director of Tay Ninh Social Insurance Nguyen Van Huan emphasized that in the context of the whole country striving towards the goal of universal social insurance and health insurance coverage, propaganda and mobilization work plays a particularly important role.

He said the training course is an opportunity for the staff to be equipped with knowledge, update new business processes, and practice appropriate approach and persuasion skills for each target group, thereby improving communication effectiveness and developing sustainable participants.

At the training session, trainees were taught 5 key topics, from the rights of voluntary social insurance participants, family health insurance to consulting skills, collection procedures, issuance of books and cards and instructions on using the VssID application - Social Insurance number.

In particular, the reporter emphasized the skills of consulting and mobilizing people, which is the "key" to help service organizations convey social insurance and health insurance policies in a close and easy-to-understand way. With this skill, approaching and persuading people to participate in insurance will be more effective, contributing to spreading the policy to each family.

Along with the topics, students can discuss and resolve practical problems and participate in tests to evaluate the effectiveness of knowledge acquisition./.
