Affirming courage and youth, building a strong Cau Giay ward

Attending the Congress were comrade Dao Duc Viet - Deputy Secretary of the City Youth Union, Chairman of the Hanoi City Youth Union Council.

The Political Report of the Executive Committee of the Youth Union of Cau Giay Ward shows that, in recent times, the activities of the Youth Union of the ward have closely followed political tasks, actively innovated content and form, implemented comprehensively, and promoted the pioneering and creative role of the youth of Cau Giay Ward.

The highlight is that the Ward Youth Union regularly supports the organization of health check-ups, health care, and medicine distribution for policy families and war invalids; mobilizes union members and youth to voluntarily donate blood; gives hundreds of gifts to disadvantaged people, and at the same time, sponsors a child in special circumstances with a support level of 2.4 million VND/year.

The ward Youth Union is also the leading force, directing the Youth Union bases to deploy the model of "Civilized Office Youth Union"; implement the Code of Conduct for civil servants, public employees, and workers associated with the contests "Office Beauty", "Office Culture"; actively participate in supporting the Digital Literacy Movement in the ward.

In particular, youth volunteer movements, creative youth movements, youth shock movements to protect the Fatherland and the I love Hanoi movement are deployed regularly, continuously and comprehensively in all fields such as: Building civilized urban areas, protecting the environment, responding to climate change, ensuring traffic order and safety, and social security work.

Many youth projects and tasks have been implemented, spreading the beautiful image of youth to the community, contributing to socio -economic development, ensuring national defense and security, beautifying the landscape in the ward, contributing to the successful implementation of political tasks, economic and cultural targets of the ward.

During the program, the Congress comprehensively evaluated the implementation results of the Congress Resolution for the 2022-2027 term; discussed 3 breakthroughs, 4 basic target groups, determined directions, goals, tasks, and solutions for the 2025-2030 term. Comrade Tran Dieu Linh was appointed as Secretary of the Cau Giay Ward Youth Union for the 2025-2030 term.

On behalf of the Standing Committee of the City Youth Union, comrade Dao Duc Viet - Deputy Secretary of the City Youth Union, Chairman of the Hanoi City Youth Union Council requested the Cau Giay Ward Youth Union to continue to innovate the content and methods of operation of the Youth Union organization, improve the quality of revolutionary action movements, creatively organize special content; closely follow the political tasks of the locality and units of the city.

“The ward union needs to promote the role of youth in innovation - digital transformation..., support and guide public services at the Cau Giay Public Administration Service Point, practical instruction classes at the "Mobile Digital Popularization" points at cultural houses, residential group meeting houses, community activity houses..." - Comrade Dao Duc Viet emphasized.

At the same time, comrade Dao Duc Viet suggested that the ward Youth Union build a strong Youth Union organization, improve the quality of Youth Union chapters, focus on training and fostering high-quality young human resources with heart, vision, and capacity to meet new requirements, and build a rich and strong locality.
