Khanh Hoa strives for 100% of communes to have communication and education models to build happy families.

The plan aims to strive that by 2030, 100% of families will be provided with information and knowledge about behavioral culture, moral education skills, lifestyle, love, national traditions, and good cultural values. At the same time, strive for 100% of communes to have models of communication and education on building happy families and sustainable development at the grassroots level; 100% of communes will incorporate moral education, lifestyle, and family value education in the new period into the community's covenants and conventions; 100% of young men and women will be educated and counseled about marriage and family, knowledge and skills to build happy families before marriage.

In addition, strive every year for 90% of domestic violence cases to be resolved according to legal regulations; 100% of victims of domestic violence to be supported with essential services; 100% of localities to have models for intervention, prevention and response to domestic violence to reduce the harmful effects of domestic violence, especially on women, the vulnerable and children.

To achieve the goals, the plan has set out 5 tasks and solutions including: Raising awareness, promoting propaganda and education on family values in the new situation; implementing policies and laws on family; building a civilized and happy family environment, creating conditions for all members to develop comprehensively and enjoy the fruits of development; improving the capacity of state management on family; effectively promoting investment resources, mobilizing socialization, and developing the family sector.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned relevant departments, branches, sectors, organizations and People's Committees of communes, wards and special zones to organize and implement the plan according to their functions and tasks.
