Delegates cut the ribbon to inaugurate the Cultural House of Group 1 and Group 2, Bac Lenh, Cam Duong Ward.

The construction of the Cultural House of Group 1 and Group 2, Bac Lenh started on October 25, 2024, with a total investment of 8.5 billion VND. This is a 1-storey project with the scale of a level III civil house, with a construction area of 358m² including: a conference hall with a capacity of about 150 people, a stage, a room for placing fire pumps, a restroom, a hallway... The structure of the Cultural House is reinforced concrete frame, brick walls, a heat-resistant corrugated iron roof, ceramic tiled floors, conference hall floors, painted sports fields...

Exterior and auxiliary items include: Renovation of iron fence along the boundary with Bac Lenh Secondary School, combined yard and sidewalk, expansion of Nguyen Bac street, replacement of 2 lighting poles...

Delegates and a large crowd of people attended the ribbon-cutting ceremony to inaugurate the cultural house.

The project's completion and use contributes to the synchronization of cultural institutional planning in residential groups, ensuring facilities to meet the needs of meetings, activities, event organization, libraries, sports training activities, cultural and artistic performances for the residential community.

Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, comrade Nguyen Xuan Nhan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Cam Duong Ward, highly appreciated the efforts of the contractor and the support of the people to ensure the progress of the project. At the same time, he requested the Party Committee and residential groups to organize the exploitation and effective use of the project, so that the cultural house can truly become a center for political , cultural, artistic, physical education and sports activities, effectively serving the development of culture and society, improving the spiritual life of the people, contributing to building a civilized and united lifestyle in the residential area.

During the ceremony, the people of groups 1 and 2 of Bac Lenh organized many cultural activities to celebrate the inauguration of the cultural house, creating a joyful and exciting atmosphere, encouraging the spirit of the people in the area.
