Inauguration of the first 'digital school' in Quang Ngai

At this digital school, students can learn anytime, anywhere through online learning platforms.

On March 14, at Pho Hoa Primary and Secondary School (Duc Pho Town, Quang Ngai), Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group ( VNPT ) coordinated with the school to organize a ceremony to present and hand over a set of digital school solutions.

Attending the event were Mr. Tran Hoang Tuan, Permanent Vice Chairman of Quang Ngai Provincial People's Committee, leaders of Quang Ngai Provincial Department of Education and Training, leaders of Duc Pho Town, leaders of VNPT along with staff, teachers and students of the school.

The digital school was jointly built by VNPT and the school. In more than 2 months, the digital transformation ecosystem has been successfully deployed, including 11 subsystems: digital report cards, digital records, digital libraries, smart attendance, device management, facilities management, LMS online learning software...

VNPT also provides accompanying equipment to serve the administration and connection between schools and students' families. Thereby, it aims to focus on innovating the method of transmitting and acquiring knowledge between teachers and students according to the principle of "two-way interaction and student-centered".

Applying digital technology helps teachers monitor each student's learning progress and personalize lesson content to suit each student's learning needs. Students can learn anytime, anywhere through online learning platforms.

According to Mr. Nguyen Duc Hoanh, Principal of Pho Hoa Primary and Secondary School, this is the first digital school in Quang Ngai to come into operation.
