After Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee approved the auction results (November 8), Lam Dong Provincial Property Auction Service Center sent a notice to the auction winner requesting payment to carry out the next procedures. Da Lat City People's Committee also assigned relevant units to prepare procedures to contact Mr. Ha to sign a property lease contract at Thuy Ta restaurant to ensure time and regulations. However, for the above reasons, Mr. Ha finally officially withdrew.
