Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Doan Anh suggested that the collective review results be the basis for individual review, using the individual review results to supplement and perfect the collective results. For individuals, it is necessary to review fully and seriously, especially on political qualities, ideology, ethics, lifestyle, solidarity, and unity within the working style. The results of cultivating and training self-awareness, self-criticism and criticism, self-reflection, self-correction in performing assigned duties and tasks, especially on the responsibility to set an example and what party members are not allowed to do. In the review, it is necessary to clarify the responsibilities of leaders in the assigned fields, areas, and units, and the contents under the decision-making authority according to the Party's regulations and State laws...
