Accordingly, the local authorities have drawn up 6 administrative violation records and on-site records for violations of land encroachment and improper land use in the villages of Thuong Bac, Tan Thuong Hai, Phu Thi, Phu Luu, and Thuong Hai. Among them, there are some cases of violations that occurred before the merger of administrative units.

The Chairman of the People's Committee of Sen Ngu commune added that, in order to strictly implement the provisions of the law on land; prevent violations of the law on land, encroachment, and improper use of land in the area, the local government requests citizens and land users in Sen Ngu commune to strictly comply with the rights and obligations of citizens; the rights and obligations of land users, and prohibited acts in the land sector.

At the same time, request villages and socio-political organizations to regularly inspect, monitor, and promptly report to the Commune People's Committee on all cases of intention, manifestation, and initiation of violations to inspect, promptly prevent, and handle violations from the beginning, avoiding the situation of covering up and assisting violators...

Sen Ngu Commune has also decided to establish a team to quickly handle reports on land, mineral resources, environment and forest protection to promptly detect and handle violations.

It is known that Sen Ngu commune was established on the basis of merging 3 communes of Ngu Thuy, Sen Thuy, Hung Thuy (old) with an area of ​​120.84 km ² , population of 21,158 people; the whole commune has 35 villages. These are localities where, for many years, violations of land and minerals have always had complicated developments.

Currently, local authorities are completing documents to handle violations in accordance with the law.
