After 19 exciting and emotional days with many activities and events imbued with Vietnamese cultural identity, attracting over 10 million people from all over the country, overseas Vietnamese and international guests, the Exhibition "80 Years of Journey of Independence - Freedom - Happiness" was a great success, exceeding all of our expectations.

Sharing the joy and excitement of the country in the important events celebrating the 80th anniversary of the heroic Vietnam People's Public Security Forces, the successful August Revolution and National Day September 2; today, we solemnly hold the Closing Ceremony of the Exhibition "80 Years of the Journey of Independence - Freedom - Happiness" at the National Exhibition Center - one of the 10 largest exhibition centers in the world .

Dear delegates, distinguished guests, compatriots and comrades!

The exhibition "80 years of the Journey of Independence - Freedom - Happiness" affirms that the Party's leadership is the leading factor determining all successes of the Vietnamese revolution. All exhibition spaces vividly recreate and honor the heroic revolutionary history and outstanding achievements of the country under the talented and wise leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam since its founding, especially in the 80 years since gaining national independence, unifying the country, building and defending the socialist Fatherland of Vietnam. Even the success of this Exhibition is thanks to the close leadership and direction of the Politburo and the Secretariat, headed by General Secretary To Lam; the decisive direction and management of the Government and the Prime Minister; The outstanding efforts of 28 central ministries and branches, 34 localities and more than 110 large corporations and leading companies of the whole country, all of whom have shown great determination, great efforts, drastic actions, and "lightning-speed construction", clearly demonstrating the spirit of "The Party has directed, the Government is unified, the National Assembly agrees, the People support, and businesses accompany, then only discuss and do, not discuss backing down", joining hands to make the Exhibition a great success.

The exhibition "80 years of the Journey of Independence - Freedom - Happiness" affirms the strength of national solidarity. That is the source of great strength of the Vietnamese revolution, expressed through the teachings of beloved Uncle Ho "Unity, solidarity, great solidarity - Success, success, great success" and the spirit of "turning nothing into something, turning difficult into easy, turning impossible into possible", helping us win in long-term resistance wars; overcome countless difficulties of the renovation, integration and development; overcome crises, natural disasters, epidemics, shine the spirit of self-reliance; constantly consolidate the country's potential. This exhibition also clearly demonstrates the spirit of national solidarity, "comradely love, compatriots' affection" through rich and vivid content and attractive, attractive presentation, imbued with the unique culture of the community of 54 ethnic groups from all over our beloved country.

The exhibition "80 years of the Journey of Independence - Freedom - Happiness" affirms the view that the people are the root, the people make history. All exhibition contents show the great achievements of the people through revolutionary periods under the leadership of the Party and the management of the State. All activities in the exhibition are for the people, serving the people. We are very moved by the smiles, the eyes and even the tears of joy, excitement and pride of the people visiting and enjoying the modern exhibition spaces, the special cultural and artistic programs, the unique experiential activities, with about 10 million people visiting the exhibition, tens of millions of people watching on television and radio, and hundreds of thousands of people attending the vibrant music and art parties, leaving unforgettable impressions.

The exhibition "80 years of the Journey of Independence - Freedom - Happiness" affirms the meaning and importance of combining national strength with the strength of the times, domestic strength with international strength, close coordination between the Central and local levels, between the State and the People. This is also the spirit that runs through all activities and exhibition spaces, from "Development Creation", "Creativity for Construction", "Aspiration for the Sky" to "For a Green Future", "Economic Locomotive", "Start-up to Build the Nation", strongly spreading the message about the country and Vietnamese people who are intelligent, creative, aspirational, energetic but sincere, open, and hospitable; with a harmonious and skillful combination of internal and external forces, between agencies and localities in the political system. That is also the source of the intellectual and brave "miracles" of the Vietnamese people over the past 80 years and demonstrates the Vietnamese people's aspiration to fly high and reach far in the new era.

The exhibition "80 years of the Journey of Independence - Freedom - Happiness" affirms the truth of national independence associated with socialism and elevates Vietnamese intelligence. By vividly recreating historical evidence, the Exhibition is a comprehensive, profound and comprehensive picture of the great achievements of the revolutionary cause of fighting for national independence associated with building socialism of our Party, State and People through the periods. The more difficult and challenging the circumstances, the more clearly we see the correctness and wisdom of the path of national independence and socialism as an objective necessity, suitable to the situation of Vietnam and the international context that beloved Uncle Ho and our Party have chosen. Each image, each artifact, each document and material at the Exhibition shows and depicts the wonderful intelligence of Vietnam, about the brave, resilient, creative and compassionate Vietnamese people, about the works and projects of science and technology that put Vietnamese intelligence on par with the world.

The exhibition "80 years of the Journey of Independence - Freedom - Happiness" affirms the culture imbued with Vietnamese national identity, the bravery, intelligence and creativity of the Vietnamese people; at the same time, it clearly demonstrates the ardent patriotism and steadfast belief of the People in the Party, the State and the revolutionary cause, the cause of innovation of our Party and People. The exhibition has attracted special attention from many classes of people, from the elderly, veterans to intellectuals, artists, businessmen, students, overseas Vietnamese and international friends... In particular, this exhibition has clearly shown the appeal, the delicate beauty, the harmony of the intersection between tradition and modernity, connecting the heroic past with the resilient present and the bright future; built on the digital platform, applying new technology with the extraordinary creativity of Vietnamese intelligence. All exhibition spaces are in harmony, creating an overall picture that is both imbued with heroic historical traditions and imbued with profound cultural and humanistic identities, and is presented in a setting of brilliant colors, vibrant sounds, shimmering lights, modern but imbued with national identity that always attracts and fascinates visitors; security and safety are guaranteed throughout the exhibition; contributing to creating motivation, inspiration, and strength, so that we can confidently and proudly tell our international friends that Vietnam is an independent, free, and happy country and is confidently stepping into the era of growing rich, civilized, prosperous, and happy.

Let us continue to write the heroic pages of our nation's history with the spirit of patriotism, pride, confidence, and resilience of "Lac Hong's descendants", with the humanity, civilization, culture, and burning desire to reach far and fly high of the Vietnamese people's intelligence. Let us join hands to build a strong, civilized, prosperous, and happy Vietnam, on par with the world powers, as beloved President Ho Chi Minh always wished.
