Leaders of the Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation worked with 15 businesses and gave gifts to workers in difficult circumstances.

BAC NINH - On the occasion of the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union on July 28 (1929-2025), the Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation established working delegations led by unit leaders to visit and grasp the production and business situation of enterprises and give gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances.

Accordingly, from July 17-22, working delegations came to work with 15 enterprises in the province's industrial parks and communes: Yen Phong, Tan Dinh, Hiep Hoa.

Comrade Thach Van Chung, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation presented gifts to workers in difficult circumstances at Dreamtech Vietnam Co., Ltd., VSIP Industrial Park.

At the places visited, representatives of the Provincial Federation of Labor learned about the production and business situation of enterprises and the activities of grassroots unions; grasped the difficulties, proposals and recommendations of unions and union members to have timely solutions, contributing to improving the effectiveness of grassroots unions. At the same time, encouraged employers and workers to build harmonious and stable labor relations, continue to compete in production, and build strong enterprises.

Representatives of the Provincial Labor Federation encouraged workers of Bac Giang LGG Garment Corporation Joint Stock Company.

On this occasion, the Provincial Labor Federation allocated funds to give 150 gifts (10 gifts/enterprise) worth 1 million VND/gift to union members in difficult circumstances (poor households, near-poor households, sick, sudden accidents, occupational diseases, etc.). This is a meaningful activity to promote the role of the trade union organization in representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of workers.
