Checking the coastal road project connecting Lien Chieu port, there are 317 land acquisition records and the site handover has been completed. Lang Van tourism and resort urban complex has a total of 2,057 records and the site handover has been completed.
For the Lien Chieu Industrial Park project, the total number of recovered files is 1042; the total number of files that have handed over the site is 822 files. Currently, the project still has 220 files that have not handed over the site.
For the Hoa Hiep 3 Resettlement Area Phase 2 project, there are 8 files receiving site handover. Currently, there are 4 files that have not yet handed over site.
At the Student Dormitory project concentrated in the west of Hoa Khanh Industrial Urban Area, 114 files have handed over the site, 44 files have not been handed over.
The project to prevent landslides in the upper reaches of Truong Dinh and Cu De rivers has handed over the site of 177 files, the remaining 35 files have not yet handed over the site.
The project to upgrade and expand DT601 road, Hoa Bac commune (old) has a total of 286 files to carry out land acquisition work passing through the old Hoa Bac commune, now Hai Van ward. Up to now, the site clearance work has been completed for 284 files.
Through reviewing the order, procedures, and policies on compensation, support, and resettlement when the State reclaims land for the project dossier, it is ensured that it is carried out in accordance with legal regulations. Currently, the project has completed the site clearance work, is handling the backlog of problems, and many cases, problems, and recommendations have arisen.
Standing Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Ho Ky Minh acknowledged the efforts of units in compensation and site clearance for a number of projects in Hai Van ward. At the same time, he requested units and localities to continue to propagate and mobilize people to hand over the site so that the construction unit can implement the project on schedule.
