Pham Ngoc Thach University of Medicine publicly posts the monthly salary and allowance payment table of employees on the school's website, including the total income of the school's leaders.

According to the latest public information of August this year, the salaries and allowances of the board members and the school council chairman range from nearly 23.7 to more than 28.8 million VND/person/month (excluding personal income tax).

Specifically, the three members of the board of directors have a total income of 23.6-28.8 million VND/person/month. Of which, the vice principal in charge of school operations has the highest income in the board of directors, at over 28.8 million VND. Two vice principals have an income of over 23 million VND/person. The chairman of the school board has an income of nearly 26.7 million VND/month (excluding arrears).

For other workers in the school, income ranges from less than 10 million VND to more than 20 million VND/month. Of which, most workers have incomes in the range of over or under 10 million VND/month. Some cases have incomes in August higher than 30 million VND due to additional back pay.
