According to the latest public information, the salary and allowance payment table for August this year shows that the income of the board of directors and the chairman of the school council ranges from 19.9 to 28.8 million VND/person/month (excluding personal income tax).

Specifically, 3 members of the school board have an income of 23.6-28.8 million VND/person/month. Of which, the vice principal in charge of school operations has an income of 28.8 million VND. Of the two vice principals, one has an income of 27.4 million VND and the other has an income of 24.6 million VND. The Party Secretary and Chairman of the School Council alone has an income of 19.9 million VND.

For staff, lecturers, employees and workers, income ranges from less than 10 million VND to more than 20 million VND/month. Of which, the majority have income in the range of over or under 10 million VND/month. Some staff and lecturers have income over 20 million VND/month. Some cases have income in August higher than 30 million VND due to additional back pay. The lowest income is over 2 million VND/month.

According to public information, Pham Ngoc Thach University of Medicine currently has 927 staff and employees. In August, the school spent over 11 billion VND on salaries and incomes of all employees.
