Vietnamese leaders send congratulatory messages on National Day of the Kingdom of Spain

On October 12, President Luong Cuong and Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh sent congratulatory messages on the occasion of the National Day of the Kingdom of Spain.

On the occasion of the National Day of the Kingdom of Spain, on October 12, President Luong Cuong sent a congratulatory message to King Felipe VI; Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh sent a congratulatory message to Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez; National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man sent congratulatory messages to Senate President Pedro Rollán and House of Representatives President Francina Armengol.
