Lazada steps up 'shoppertainment' for 9.9 shopping event

Ahead of the big 9.9 shopping event, e-commerce platform Lazada is increasing the application of interactive entertainment elements (shoppertainment), promoting the application of livestream technology and gamification to attract more traffic and retain users.
