According to State regulations, the use of destructive fishing methods such as explosives, electric shocks, toxic substances, banned substances or destructive fishing gears is prohibited in coastal and inshore fishing activities. These are acts considered to cause serious harm to the marine environment and deplete aquatic resources, so they must be strictly prohibited and handled according to the provisions of law.
