(Dan Tri) - Thanh Binh Phu My Joint Stock Company, headquartered in Ba Ria - Vung Tau province, is the investor implementing the project of constructing and trading infrastructure of Hoa Ninh Industrial Park (Da Nang).

The People's Committee of Da Nang city has decided to approve the investor of the project to invest in construction and business of infrastructure of Hoa Ninh industrial park (Hoa Ninh commune, Hoa Vang district).

In which, Thanh Binh Phu My Joint Stock Company, headquartered in Ba Ria - Vung Tau province, is the investor implementing the project.

The total investment capital is over 6,200 billion VND. The progress of basic construction and putting the project into operation is no more than 42 months from the date of land handover.

Thanh Binh Phu My Joint Stock Company was established in 2007. This is the investor implementing Phu My 3 Specialized Industrial Park (Phu My town, Ba Ria - Vung Tau province).

It is known that at the end of 2024, the Prime Minister approved the investment policy of Hoa Ninh Industrial Park (Da Nang City). The Prime Minister assigned the People's Committee of Da Nang City to carry out procedures to approve investors according to regulations.

The project's objective is to invest in construction and business of industrial park infrastructure, with an area of ​​over 400 hectares.
