Brigade 169, Naval Region 1 hands over house to comrades in Thanh Hoa

(Baothanhhoa.vn) - On the afternoon of July 18, Brigade 169, Naval Region 1 held an inauguration ceremony and handed over a comrade house to the family of comrade Mai Huu Tan, mass work assistant of the Political Department, Brigade 169, residing in Thuong Bac village, Tinh Gia ward, Thanh Hoa province.

Colonel Vu Huu Kiem, Deputy Political Commissar of Naval Region 1, presented financial support for house construction to the family of comrade Mai Huu Tan.

The comrade house handed over to comrade Mai Huu Tan’s family has an area of ^​​100m2 with a total repair and upgrade cost of about 400 million VND. Of which, the Comrade House Fund of the Ministry of National Defense supported the family with 60 million VND.

Speaking at the handover ceremony, the leaders of Naval Region 1 and Tinh Gia ward hoped that after settling down, comrade Mai Huu Tan would feel secure in his work and excellently complete the tasks assigned by the Party and the Army; family members would be exemplary in implementing the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State, actively participate in local emulation movements, and contribute to building an increasingly prosperous homeland.
