Close to people, close to reality
From November 20, 2023, Mr. Nguyen Thai Hau - Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Que commune was transferred to be Secretary of the Party Committee of Binh An commune. Mr. Hau shared that thanks to his good grasp of the fields of state management, after the transfer, the leadership and direction work in Binh An commune was basically favorable.
Taking on the new assignment, Mr. Hau regularly attends Party cell activities and meetings in residential areas in the commune, clearly understanding essential issues to propose directions, programs, and action plans for practical socio-economic development.
“That is the way to promote the strengths of the locality and gain the consensus and support of the people. The key task in the coming time is for the Party and government to focus on mobilizing resources to successfully build advanced new rural communes in the 2024-2025 period,” said Mr. Hau.
In May 2022, Mr. Le Van Thoi - Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Phu commune was transferred by Thang Binh District Party Committee to be Party Secretary of Binh Que commune. Mr. Thoi immediately joined hands with the political system of Binh Que commune to build a new rural area and meet the standards in 2023.
To reach the NTM finish line, Mr. Thoi directed the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations to mobilize people to donate land and architectural structures to build rural roads; propagate people to participate in renovating village cultural houses, building flower roads in residential areas; and assigned the commune's agricultural sector to support people in building effective economic models such as eel farming, pepper growing, and cattle farming.
Since becoming Secretary of the Party Committee of Binh Que commune, and now concurrently Chairman of the People's Committee of the commune, Mr. Thoi has promoted the role of a leader, always close to the people, closely grasping the actual local situation.
Mr. Thoi and the Party Committee of Binh Que commune directed the resolution of many major issues in agricultural production, creating jobs for workers, building spacious rural infrastructure, and were highly trusted and supported by cadres, party members and people.
More mature and stable
According to Mr. Le Quang Hat - Standing Deputy Secretary of Thang Binh District Party Committee, most of the transferred cadres are young, have professional qualifications, political theory, are dynamic, and promptly grasp the situation, especially the limitations and problems of the locality where they are transferred.

From there, clearly define your own tasks, build a plan with the local Party Committee and government to focus on leadership, direction, and management to effectively implement goals and tasks.
Many district officials after rotation have matured and become more steadfast in political and professional qualities, accumulated practical experience, raised awareness and had comprehensive leadership methods, promoted a sense of responsibility, and were highly appreciated by the Party Committee and the people.
For example, Mr. Le Huy Trac - Deputy Head of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Thang Binh district was transferred to be Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Duong commune in April 2023.
Mr. Trac discussed with the Party Committee and the People's Committee of the commune and agreed to choose long-standing problems to focus on and resolve them. By clearly identifying the field of land management as an urgent issue, Mr. Trac and the political system of Binh Duong commune have rectified the situation of illegal expansion and construction within the scope of key projects.
Mr. Trac also mobilized resources to support people in Binh Duong commune to develop tourism, marine economy, and successfully build many OCOP products.
Mr. Le Quang Hat said that since the beginning of the term, the Standing Committee of Thang Binh District Party Committee has decided to transfer 9 leaders and managers to hold key leadership positions of the commune (7 Party secretaries, 2 commune People's Committee chairmen).
The district has also mobilized and rotated 4 leaders between communes; and changed the working positions of 6 leaders and managers of the district's departments and offices. The rotation has gradually adjusted the arrangement and increased quality personnel for localities with difficulties in staff.
At the same time, it contributes to overcoming the surplus and shortage of staff; building a team of leaders and managers who mature early and have rich practical experience; preparing the next generation of human resources to meet the title standards and political task requirements of the district.
