Transfer and assign 14 officers

Dien Bien Provincial leaders presented decisions on rotation and transfer.

The Standing Committee of Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee agreed on the policy of rotation and transfer for:

Mr. Vui Van Nguyen ceased to hold the position of Secretary of the Tua Chua District Party Committee (term 2020-2025) to be transferred and appointed to the position of Provincial Inspector; Mr. Le Hoai Nam was dismissed from the position of Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office to be transferred and appointed to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the Tua Chua District Party Committee, to hold the position of Secretary of the Tua Chua District Party Committee, term 2020-2025; Mr. Nguyen Ngoc The , Deputy Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office, was appointed to hold the position of Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office.

Mr. Lo Van Cuong was transferred to resign from the position of Secretary of the District Party Committee, term 2020-2025, Chairman of the People's Council of Tuan Giao district (term 2021-2026) to hold the position of Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development; Mr. Le Xuan Canh , Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Tuan Giao district, term 2021-2026 was introduced to be elected to hold the position of Secretary of the Tuan Giao District Party Committee (term 2020-2025).

Appoint Mr. Ha Cam Hong to cease holding the position of Deputy Head of the Economic and Budget Committee of the Provincial People's Council to participate in the Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Tuan Giao District Party Committee (term 2020-2025), to introduce him to be elected to hold the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Tuan Giao District, term 2021-2026; Mr. Giang A De , Standing Deputy Secretary of the Tuan Giao District Party Committee, was introduced to be elected to hold the position of Chairman of the People's Council of Tuan Giao District, term 2021-2026.

Implementing the Decision of the Standing Committee of Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee, the decision on transfer and appointment of cadres was also announced, Mr. Vui Van Nguyen was appointed as Chief Inspector of the province; Mr. Nguyen Ngoc The was appointed as Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office; Mr. Ngon Ngoc Khue, Secretary of Muong Lay Town Party Committee, was appointed as Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department; Mr. Bui Xuan Truong, Deputy Secretary of Dien Bien District Party Committee, term 2020-2025, was appointed as Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department. The comrades received their new assignments from July 15, 2024.

Accordingly, the Party Executive Committee of Tuan Giao district held the 33rd meeting to elect Mr. Le Xuan Canh to hold the position of District Party Secretary for the 2020-2025 term.
