Masterise Group officially topped out Marina Central Tower

On the morning of May 10, 2024, Masterise Group officially held the topping-out ceremony of Marina Central Tower in the new urban area of Ba Son, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.

With an area of over 100,000 m2, Marina Central Tower has a prime location at the two most beautiful facade corners of Ba Son New Urban Area in District 1.

The building is built on the only remaining diamond land in District 1, located next to the Saigon River with a length of more than 1 km, expected to create a classy living space for residents and customers.

The location of Marina Central Tower is conveniently connected to Ba Son station of Metro Line 1 and borders two frontages of Ton Duc Thang and Nguyen Huu Canh streets.
