ESG Initiative Writing Contest Voting Opens on October 24

Taking place from August 14, the writing contest "ESG Initiative for a Sustainable Vietnam" received the attention of readers of all ages, from students, lecturers, civil servants, businessmen, to social work groups..., with more than 100 entries in Vietnamese and English.

Many of the entries are elaborate research papers, with real-life experiments and creative perspectives. The organizing committee censors the entries to ensure compliance with the contest criteria. All valid entries are posted on the Dan Tri newspaper's website to enter the voting round starting from October 24.

The official contest voting portal opens from October 24 to November 6.

"After more than 2 months of launching, the contest received many high-quality solutions that are feasible to apply in practice. This has created great motivation for the organizing committee, with the response and support of the community in jointly creating solutions on environment, society and governance, aiming towards the goal of bringing Vietnam to sustainable development," the organizing committee representative shared.

Readers can follow and vote for impressive entries on the ESG - Sustainable Development page of Dan Tri newspaper, from October 24.

The scoring rules for the online voting round are as follows:

Step 1: Readers log in with personal gmail or facebook.

Step 2: Scroll down to the bottom of the entry to interact:

1 interaction (heart, like, clap, give star): equivalent to 1 point.

1 comment: equivalent to 2 points.

Voting ends at 23:59 on November 6. The 5 entries with the highest total interaction score will receive a prize of 2 million VND/prize.

The contest's prize system has a total value of up to 50 million VND.

In parallel, from October 24 to November 8, the jury will evaluate and select the best initiatives and solutions to award prizes with:

- 1 First Prize: 15 million VND.

- 1 Second Prize: 10 million VND.

- 3 Third Prizes: 5 million VND.

These prizes and 5 voting prizes will be awarded at the Award Ceremony and commendation of winning individuals and groups, scheduled to take place in November.
