Expanding the composition of the grassroots inspection committee to improve the effectiveness of inspection and supervision work in Thach Ha

Recently, Party committees at all levels in Thach Ha district ( Ha Tinh ) have promoted the role of the two-level Inspection Committee in inspection, supervision, and enforcement of Party discipline, contributing to improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party organizations and Party members.

The Party Committee's Inspection Committee of Thach Lac commune supervises the implementation of environmental criteria in new rural construction and advises on land management work of the commune's cadastral and natural resources and environment officials.

As one of the localities that proactively builds and implements the inspection and supervision program well, every year, the Party Committee's Inspection Commission of Thach Lac has closely followed the instructions of superiors and recommendations of Party members and people to build a program suitable to reality, especially focusing on inspecting and supervising the implementation of conclusions of previous inspections and supervisions. Thanks to that, the inspection and supervision tasks of the Party Committee are carried out methodically, in accordance with procedures, preventing violations and raising awareness among cadres and Party members.

From the beginning of 2023 to now, the Party Inspection Committee of Thach Lac commune has advised on conducting 3 inspections and supervisions. Of which, 1 inspection of Party finances at the Quyet Tien village Party cell, 1 supervision of the mobilization of contributions from parents at the kindergarten; 1 supervision of the implementation of environmental criteria in the construction of new rural areas and advising on land management work of the commune's cadastral and natural resources and environment officials.

Comrade Tran Thi Hue - Deputy Secretary, Head of the Party Committee's Inspection Commission said: "Through inspections and supervisions, especially for individuals in charge of advising on land matters, the Party Committee and individuals have clearly recognized a number of limitations to promptly overcome and rectify. From now until the end of the year, the Party Committee's Inspection Commission will continue to carry out 3 inspections and supervisions of party members and party organizations."

Implementing the motto "Supervision must be expanded", "Inspection must have focus and key points", the district Party Committee always pays attention to directing, orienting, promoting the advisory role of specialized agencies, maintaining meetings on Party building work and inspection and supervision with the Party Committee and subordinate Party cells. The District Party Committee's Inspection Commission has advised the Party Committee to promptly issue annual inspection programs and plans, and at the same time, orient the content of building inspection and supervision plans for the grassroots level to ensure quality and feasibility.

The Inspection Committee of Thach Ha District Party Committee approved the draft inspection conclusion report.

Comrade Nguyen Thi Thi - Deputy Head of the District Party Committee's Inspection Commission said: "In order to ensure practical and effective inspection and supervision work, and prevent violations by organizations and individuals, the District Party Committee's Inspection Commission has actively innovated methods, grasped practical needs, and selected key and central content. Strengthened thematic supervisions, and promoted the coordination of Party committees and agencies in performing inspection and supervision tasks."

Since the beginning of the year, the District Party Committee's Inspection Commission has established four inspection and supervision teams in the communes of Thach Ngoc, Viet Tien, Thach Long and Tuong Son in the fields of land and collection and use of contributions to the construction of new rural areas in the direction of supplementing and expanding the members of the grassroots Inspection Commission. This new approach has enhanced coordination, training, fostering skills and responsibilities of the inspection and supervision team at the grassroots level, ensuring objectivity and honesty in the inspection and supervision conclusions. The quality of the inspection and supervision has been significantly improved, recognized and highly appreciated by the Party Committee and the grassroots Inspection Commission, and proposed to continue to be replicated.

In the work of training cadres, the District Party Committee's Inspection Commission regularly orients and promptly provides the content of documents, guides superiors, and advises on the content of annual professional training. In particular, the expansion of the grassroots Inspection Commission's members in conjunction with specialized inspections and supervisions has become in-depth training in the direction of "hand-holding" for the cadres doing inspection work at all levels.

In 2023, the District Party Committee's Inspection Commission chaired a training course on land supervision in the form of dialogue for nearly 100 comrades in charge of the grassroots level and inspection officers in the entire district. After the training, they directed large-scale supervision for 22 communes and towns. The innovation in the form and content of professional training has overcome the situation of passive reception, creating a proactive mindset for Party committees and inspection officers at the grassroots level to effectively perform their tasks.

Since the beginning of the year, Party committees at two levels have inspected 25 Party organizations and 10 Party members, supervised 1 Party organization and 3 Party members, and disciplined 31 Party members. Inspection committees at all levels have inspected 2 organizations and 14 Party members when there were signs of violations. Through inspections, it was concluded that 1 Party organization and 9 Party members were inspected for violations, of which 3 Party members had to be disciplined. In addition, Inspection committees at all levels have also inspected the implementation of inspection, supervision, Party discipline, and Party finance tasks for 17 Party organizations, supervised 12 Party organizations and 4 Party members.

Thanks to the focus on innovating the form and method of implementation, the work of inspection, supervision and enforcement of Party discipline has prevented early and far-reaching degradation of political ideology, ethics and lifestyle of cadres and Party members, strengthening the people's trust in the Party's guidelines and leadership. Thereby, contributing to the successful implementation of the resolutions of Party Congresses at all levels and the Resolution of the 30th District Party Congress.
