On the morning of September 21, a leader of the Central Highlands General Hospital said he had sent invitations to 255 patients involved in the case of a broken stone crusher but still being falsely prescribed treatment, to come to the hospital for a health check.
According to the invitation, patients are requested to come for examination to detect early urinary system diseases (if any), thereby having timely monitoring and treatment.
"The hospital will invite kidney and urology specialists from other hospitals to coordinate in examining and assessing your health," the invitation stated.
The health check-up time is scheduled from September 24 to October 3, at the examination department (1st floor, building A), Tay Nguyen General Hospital.
This unit also commits to exempt all examination and paraclinical costs related to the urinary system, as well as related arising services.

The leader of the Central Highlands General Hospital said that health checks for patients are expected to begin on September 24. However, before that, on September 22, the hospital will review the number of registered patients to have a plan to coordinate with other hospitals participating in health checks and assessments.
Dak Lak Department of Health assessed that the health check-up for 255 patients who were falsely prescribed lithotripsy is a necessary step to protect patients' rights, as well as clarify the risk of complications due to not receiving proper treatment.
