On the afternoon of October 21, Vietnam Computerized Lottery Company (Vietlott) awarded the prize to customer Mr. NVH who won Jackpot 1 of the Power 6/55 product. This prize is worth nearly 180 billion VND, drawn on September 30.
This prize was previously accumulated over more than 2.5 months. The most recent Jackpot 1 found its owner on July 12, with a value of nearly 345 billion VND. This is also the prize with the largest value since the company started the computer lottery business in 2016.

Mr. H., a lucky man, currently a teacher and living in Da Nang City, has a habit of entertaining himself daily with the lottery. Each time, he buys from 20,000 to 30,000 VND. He said: "That day, after a few draws, I went to a familiar point of sale to buy new tickets and check the old tickets at the checking device. Among the tickets I bought, there was a winning ticket worth more than 179 billion VND. I did not believe I could win such a large amount of money."
Mr. H. also said that he had won many small prizes from 30,000 to 50,000 VND in the past, but this prize was too big, beyond his imagination. Therefore, Mr. H. will plan to use this money carefully and reasonably to help improve the lives of his family and relatives.
According to regulations, Mr. H. is obliged to pay personal income tax at the ticket-issuing locality, Da Nang City, with a total value of more than 17.9 billion VND (10% of the value exceeding 10 million VND). After deductions, he actually receives about 161 billion VND.
