The program 'En boca de todos', on the Cuatro channel, has access to these testimonies of the young woman.
According to the source, the 23-year-old woman recounted how Alves approached her, introduced himself and said he used to play bowling in the Spanish city of Hospitalet. She said the 39-year-old defender took her hand and asked her to leave together, but she refused because she was scared. "I said no. I started to get really scared and thought, 'What if he puts something in my drink? What if he does something to my friend?' I thought about everything in a very short time," the 23-year-old woman recalled.
Then she turned to ask and was advised by her cousin to follow Alves. "I didn't know where I was going, I just remember following Alves," the 23-year-old woman continued. "At that time, I thought this was the door leading to the street or the VIP room, or another area of the nightclub. Then Alves opened the door, and when I walked in, I realized it was a very small restroom. The room only had a toilet and a place to wash my hands."
The victim later recounted the sexual assault, accusing Alves of lifting her skirt and forcing her to sit on the Brazilian defender. She insisted she refused and tried to leave, but Alves pushed her to the floor.
"He not only grabbed my hair but also forced me to kneel in front of him," the victim continued. "At that time, I saw a crescent-shaped tattoo. I was really scared and haunted by that face and tattoo. Until now, I still cannot forget that scene."
According to initial testimony, the woman who accused Alves of sexually assaulting her recognized the crescent tattoo on the Brazilian defender's stomach.
When asked about this, Alves gave two different answers. First, the former Barca defender admitted to having a crescent moon tattoo on his stomach, but claimed that he was attacked by the young woman while sitting in the toilet. The judge immediately dismissed this testimony, pointing out that the tattoo would always be covered by Alves' shirt if he was sitting down. Therefore, the woman could not have seen Alves' tattoo.
The 39-year-old defender later changed his story, saying he stood up and revealed the tattoo because it was located on his stomach near his waist. Furthermore, Alves insisted the relationship was always consensual – something the woman denied.
Alves was arrested by police at Mossos d'Esquadra de Les Corts station in Barcelona, Spain, and taken to the Ciutat de la Justicia court on January 20. He has been held in Brians 1 prison for more than four months, then transferred to Brians 2 - where most of the prisoners are accused of sexual assault.
According to the 'Fiesta' programme, citing some inmates in the same ward as Alves, the Brazilian defender was "thinner and more emaciated" after his time in prison, although he still enjoyed "privileges" at times. The source said Alves often stayed in his cell, watched TV and only went to the sports area to play football with other prisoners.
