The conference aims to improve the capacity of traders and managers, and at the same time open up opportunities for connection and experience sharing between state management agencies, associations and the business community in developing border trade infrastructure.
At the conference, experts from central ministries, branches, associations and enterprises shared and discussed in depth, focusing on comprehensive analysis of key issues in the development of Vietnam's border trade. Specifically, the contents on cooperation and development of trade infrastructure, in which experts emphasized the importance of completing the system of border gates, border markets and logistics infrastructure as a foundation to shorten customs clearance time, reduce costs and increase competitiveness for Vietnamese goods. On that basis, the potential and advantages of Tay Ninh - a locality with a strategic location, synchronous trade infrastructure and vibrant promotion activities were analyzed as a specific demonstration of the ability to become a center connecting border trade with Cambodia.

Following the orientational content, the presentations of the association and enterprises delved into practical aspects, especially solutions to improve the efficiency of logistics services. This is considered a key factor to ensure a smooth supply chain, minimize risks, and increase the competitiveness of goods across borders.
In parallel, experiences in developing distribution systems in border areas and practical import-export activities were shared, providing the conference with practical perspectives, closely linked to the production, circulation and consumption of goods.
Notably, the topic of connecting domestic agricultural consumption and supporting exports has also received special attention. Many opinions believe that if Vietnam can exploit the advantages of agricultural supply, combined with expanding cross-border consumption markets, it will not only solve the output problem for farmers but also create more added value and promote sustainable development.
