Curriculum

During four years of study at Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry, students are equipped with in-depth knowledge and skills in calculation, design, establishment of manufacturing technology processes, improvement of mechanical products; ability to operate, assemble, maintain mechanical equipment and solve problems related to machinery and equipment in the production process.

Main subjects: Theoretical mechanics, strength of materials, mechanical design, machine parts, machine manufacturing technology, CAD/CAM/CNC, CNC machining technology, computer-aided mechanical design and calculation, smart factory 4.0, Mechanical materials and Mechanical testing, optimization.

Upon completing the undergraduate program at the Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education, students will receive an engineering degree. Some common job positions are mechanical engineer, machine engineer, production engineer, and automation engineer.

Graduating from Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry, students can work as design engineers, operation engineers, maintenance engineers, and repairers of mechanical machinery and equipment at industrial corporations, production, business, and mechanical service units.
