* On October 16, Comrade Nguyen Duc Trung - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired the regular citizen reception session in October 2023. Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Duc Trung received 10 citizens representing the people of 3 hamlets: Phuc Dien, Thuong Khe and Dai Hue of Hung Tay commune, Hung Nguyen district, reflecting and making recommendations on issues related to the Vinh Hang Ecological Cemetery Park project.

* From October 12 to now, in Yen Thanh district, there are 6 more communes infected with African swine fever including: Do Thanh, Hop Thanh, Tien Thanh, Lang Thanh, Tay Thanh and Bac Thanh.
