Artists flock to Hoai Linh's 7,000m2 billion-dollar ancestral temple

From October 2 (August 11 of the lunar calendar), artists across the country will hold a ceremony to commemorate the ancestors of the theater industry, paying tribute to their ancestors. Hundreds of actors and singers flocked to the ancestral temples of Hoai Linh, Idecaf, Thien Dang... on the important day of the theater industry.

From October 2, major stages in Ho Chi Minh City will hold a memorial service for the ancestors. Truong Hung Minh stage will hold an early ceremony, gathering artists such as Viet Huong, Phi Phung, Quyen Linh, Chau Thanh...

Viet Huong said she will always be grateful to teacher Minh Nhi - who guided her since she was a student at Stage Arts School 2 (now Ho Chi Minh City University of Theatre and Cinema). Thank you to the teachers who came to celebrate the founder's death anniversary with the stage", Viet Huong shared.

The anniversary of the theater's founder usually takes place from August 11-13 (Lunar calendar) - October 2-4. Of which, August 12 of the Lunar calendar is called Vietnam Theater Day.

Luong The Thanh shared that actors often gather together on August 12 (Lunar calendar) to offer incense to the ancestors of the profession. The male artist thanked the audience for always loving him, giving the actors the opportunity to bring a well-prepared performance.

Actor Tran Bao Son posted a photo of the anniversary of the death of the Ancestor with People's Artist Kim Xuan and Meritorious Artist Huu Chau at Thien Dang Drama Theater.

Many artists such as Quach Tuan Du, Tuyen Map, Hoang Map, and Nam Thu came to pay their respects at the Ancestral Temple of Meritorious Artist Hoai Linh.

People's Artist Trinh Kim Chi posted a photo of the Ancestor's death anniversary at the Traditional House of Ho Chi Minh City Theater.
