Special temple on Bach Long Vi island

On Bach Long Vi Island there is a pagoda called Bach Long Tu Pagoda. This is the first and largest pagoda on this outpost island.

The pagoda was started to be built in 2008 according to the wishes of the people and local authorities, and then inaugurated on March 22, 2009. The pagoda was designed with an area of ​​300m² on a campus of 1,000m². The pagoda's architecture bears the traditional features of Vietnamese Buddhism, in harmony with the surrounding green space. In particular, each brick of the pagoda has the words "Socialist Republic of Vietnam", expressing the sacred sovereignty of the Fatherland.

Bach Long Tu Pagoda is an important spiritual place for islanders and fishermen. On the first and fifteenth days of the lunar month, or on holidays, the pagoda is where people come to worship, burn incense, and pray for a prosperous, peaceful life and a peaceful border.
