Attending the Tran Temple Seal Opening Ceremony 2025 were Mr. Doan Hong Phong, Government Inspector General, Mr. Pham Gia Tuc, Deputy Chief of the Central Party Office, along with leaders of ministries, central agencies and leaders of Nam Dinh province.

After the incense offering ceremony at the Trung Thien altar of Thien Truong temple, the procession of the seal palanquin was solemnly held according to traditional rituals.
