For nearly 7 years holding the role of Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell, Head of Thanh An Hamlet, Chau Thanh Commune, Mr. Ly Van Tri (born in 1981) has always been enthusiastic and dedicated to his work, completing all assigned tasks well. Before becoming Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell, Head of the Hamlet, Mr. Tri had undertaken many tasks at the grassroots level such as Secretary of the Hamlet Youth Union, Head of the Hamlet Patrol Team, Commune Patrol, participating in the work of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in the Hamlet, Head of the Hamlet Mediation Committee, etc. No matter what task he was assigned, he always tried his best with the desire to bring a good life to the local people.

At work, Mr. Tri is always at the forefront. When he sees any good models and solutions that are suitable for the local situation, he quickly advises the hamlet Party cell as well as mobilizes people to join hands and contribute to deploying and replicating models throughout the hamlet such as installing security cameras, implementing national flag routes, flower routes, upgrading rural roads, lighting up rural roads, etc.

Up to now, Thanh An hamlet has more than 90% of rural roads paved and meeting new rural standards. In particular, Mr. Tri always cares for the disadvantaged in the locality. On holidays and Tet, from his enthusiasm, thousands of gifts are given to people in difficult circumstances.

To bring the Party and State's policies and guidelines to the people, Mr. Tri has many good ways of propaganda such as using mobile speakers, building a propaganda network on the social network Zalo with 20 contact groups with 20 self-management teams, in the spirit of "going to every alley, knocking on every door". From there, a widespread team of grassroots propagandists was established.

In addition to hamlet management, Mr. Ly Van Tri is also a good farmer.

In cases where a business needs a loan, he is willing to guide the paperwork; in cases where the poor need health insurance for medical examination and treatment, he stands up to mobilize benefactors to support. He is also "good at" grassroots mediation. Since then, dozens of conflicts have been resolved promptly, maintaining village and neighborhood solidarity and unity among the people.

Mr. Ly Van Tri visited households developing farming and livestock raising thanks to the State's loan policy.

Regarding the Party building work in the locality, Mr. Tri is quite enthusiastic. Having participated in many tasks at the grassroots level, he has a good understanding of the local youth force. His advice has helped Thanh An Hamlet Party Cell successfully complete the target of developing Party members over the past many years.

Ms. Le Thi Tuyet Nga advises and assists the leaders of the Commune Party Committee.

Loving the job, being passionate, hardworking, and devoted to work are the comments that leaders and colleagues gave to Ms. Le Thi Tuyet Nga - an officer of the Party Committee Office of Hung Dien Commune. After graduating from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law, in 2021, Ms. Le Thi Tuyet Nga started working at the Party Committee of Hung Dien B Commune and took on the role of an office staff member of the Party Committee - Propaganda Department of Hung Dien B Commune, Tan Hung District, Long An Province (before the merger), now Hung Dien Commune, Tay Ninh Province.

Recalling the first days of taking on the job, she encountered many difficulties because she had no experience while the workload was very large. Ms. Nga shared: “When I took on the task, I spent a lot of time learning about office work. During peak periods, when there was a lot of work, I had to work all weekend to be able to complete the assigned work well.”

During peak times, Ms. Le Thi Tuyet Nga works all day on weekends.

Ms. Nga believes that she must try her best from the smallest things to complete the work. She tries to handle the work with the motto "the work is over, not the time is over", sometimes working outside of office hours to completely resolve reports, actively taking notes, saving the work done, which work was done well, which work was not so good to learn from for the next time, etc. From there, she has more experience, is more active and creative in office work.

In addition, as a party member, Ms. Nga is close to and understands the thoughts and aspirations of the people and promptly mobilizes and supports families in difficult circumstances, creating solidarity and strengthening the village and neighborhood relationship. In addition, as the secretary of the Commune Mobilization Block, she is always at the forefront of propaganda work to help people understand the meaning of the criteria for building new rural areas; actively participates in promoting the effectiveness of "Skilled Mass Mobilization" models such as: mobilizing people to build green fences, clean houses, village roads, alleys to create a green, clean, beautiful environment, and keep the neighborhood and hamlet clean.
