The Vietnamese state under the leadership of the Party has increasingly perfected and perfected its role, position and function as a socialist-oriented rule-of-law state. Our Party has a clearer understanding of the way a Political Party governs in the new period. The division of labor, control, and coordination between branches of power (legislative, executive, and judicial) increasingly demonstrates scientific and law-abiding behavior. The work of building and rectifying the Party and the political system, focusing on the fight against corruption and negativity, contributes to cleaning up the contingent of leaders and managers of the state apparatus. The State apparatus is increasingly streamlined and rational, the capacity, quality and ethics of civil servants and public employees are clearly improved. The policy of merging administrative boundaries, applying achievements of science and technology 4.0, reforming salary regime, streamlining payroll... contribute to improving the effectiveness of the National Assembly's legislation, the Government's governance and the enforcement capacity of the Judiciary.

Since then, everyone has been more determined to contribute, build and protect the beloved Fatherland to become increasingly rich and beautiful as what the previous generations always wished for. On the occasion of the National Day celebration on September 2 this year, many people expressed extremely good and lovely feelings about the Fatherland, the Party and the State. People hung flags, painted pictures and designed images of the national flag everywhere. That partly proves the achievements that the people have inherited in all aspects of economic and social life under the leadership and management of the Party and the State of Vietnam. The policies of the Party and the State have had a profound impact on people's lives, on the peace and happiness of each person. People see the superiority of the regime and constantly trust in the leadership of the Party and the State.
