On the evening of September 29 at Tran Huu Trang Theater, theater lovers will have the opportunity to review the reformed opera "Spring Night Dream" (authors Phi Hung, Nhi Kieu, director People's Artist Tran Ngoc Giau), a theater work aimed at the key period to celebrate the anniversary of Vietnam Theater Day in 2025, directed by the Department of Culture and Sports of Ho Chi Minh City.

People's Artist Thanh Ngan will transform into the actress Xuan in a theater troupe, who is deeply in love with the rich young master, but his family forbids him from joining the theater troupe. They choose the theater troupe to build happiness and fight to protect the love of their lives.

"Spring Night Dream" by Phi Hung - Nhi Kieu was chosen to be staged on this occasion because of its convergence: rich in poetry, full of spring love and humanity, and creating a space for artists from many generations to show off their talents. And People's Artist Thanh Ngan has returned to the cai luong stage for a long time, performing in the entire play that is loved by the public.

Previously, she had participated in many classic plays that were loved by the public such as: "Tieng Trong Me Linh", "Ben Cau Det Lua", "Lan va Diep"... and each play, when re-performed, sold out very early, proving the appeal of a female artist loved through the main roles in classic plays.

People's Artist Thanh Ngan was nominated by readers of Nguoi Lao Dong newspaper and awarded the Mai Vang award in 2000 for the role of Trang (in the play "Tra Hoa Nu" and in 2002 for the role of Lan (in the play "Lan and Diep").
