Female candidate mistakenly went to the wrong school before the literature exam time

(Dan Tri) - A student taking the 2025 High School Graduation Exam in Hue encountered a rare incident, but luckily received timely support.

On the morning of June 26, nearly 14,000 candidates in Hue city took the first exam, literature, in the 2025 High School Graduation Exam. According to reporters, most of the candidates were comfortable and confident before the exam started.

Notably, a female student taking the exam at Hai Ba Trung High School (Thuan Hoa District) entered the wrong exam location at Quoc Hoc Hue High School for the Gifted, because the two schools are located close together and quite similar.

Near the exam time, the invigilator discovered that the candidate had gone to the wrong location, so he took him to the gate and asked the police to help him get to Hai Ba Trung High School on time.

At the exam site of Dang Tran Con High School (Phu Xuan District), the team of volunteers also promptly assisted the TNTM candidate, sitting in a wheelchair, to get into the exam room in time.

Previously, in October 2019, this female student had a traffic accident while walking on the road in heavy rain, resulting in injury.

Also this morning, candidates taking the literature exam at Cao Thang High School (Thuan Hoa District) were given "lucky" pens and good wishes by volunteers.

According to the Department of Education and Training of Hue City, the city has 13,946 candidates registered for the 2025 High School Graduation Exam. Of these, 507 are independent candidates, including 323 candidates taking the exam under the 2006 General Education Program and 184 candidates taking the exam under the 2018 General Education Program.

Hue City has arranged 39 centralized testing sites. Of which, the testing site at Nguyen Tri Phuong Secondary School (Thuan Hoa District) is reserved for candidates taking the 2006 General Education Program with 13 testing rooms (including 1 combined subject testing room).

The remaining 38 exam sites are located at high schools and middle schools in the area, with a total of 602 exam rooms (28 combined subject rooms), serving candidates taking the exam according to the 2018 General Education Program.
