Posting the photo on her personal page, she wrote: "A special flight, I have waited for this day for 9 years to personally help that person to their seat, store their luggage, invite them to choose food, set the tablecloth and personally serve them their meal.

It was difficult to take a photo together because she refused to smile, but in the end we got a photo as a souvenir. I still remember her proud eyes when she showed off to everyone on the same flight that that was my daughter, she was the chief flight attendant on this flight.

The main character in the touching story that has gone viral on social media is Ms. Hoang Ngoc Nha Tran (33 years old), who lives and works in Ho Chi Minh City. Nha Tran is the chief flight attendant of a domestic airline.

Sharing with Dan Tri reporter, Ms. Tran said that during her time as a flight attendant, although she served tens of millions of passengers, it was not easy to serve her relatives.

"I had to wait 9 years to make this dream come true. Even my long-time colleagues found it difficult to do so. Outsiders often think that it is not difficult for people in the industry to fly on the same flight as their relatives, but it is very difficult to arrange because flight attendants' flight schedules are often not fixed.

Sometimes we arrange to fly on the same flight but suddenly the flight schedule changes, is delayed or moved up earlier, so we cannot meet each other," Ms. Tran shared.

Talking about the special flight with her father, the flight attendant said that her father often used the plane every time he went back to his hometown. Therefore, when she knew that her father had bought a ticket to go back home and checked the flight time, she sent an email asking to be on the flight with her father.

The plan was kept secret until the last minute, and the father, of course, had no idea he would be on the same flight as his daughter.

"My original plan was to let my father see what his daughter would look like as a flight attendant, but I wasn't sure if I could take a picture with him because I still had to serve passengers. I didn't expect the result to be beyond my expectations.

That day, my father had no idea that his daughter was on his flight. When he heard his daughter calling him, he was busy chatting with the people on the same flight and suddenly froze. His expression at that moment was very funny. He wondered why he said he was off today, then his eyes widened and his mouth widened. I told him that I would come with him later, and he was surprised for the second time.

When I got to the plane door, behind me I heard my father's voice telling everyone that it was my daughter, she was the chief flight attendant. When we got on the plane, hearing my daughter's voice greeting the passengers, my father was moved to tears in episode 3," Ms. Tran emotionally recalled.

After nearly 10 years as a flight attendant, although very familiar with serving passengers, even difficult ones, Ms. Tran has never felt as nervous as when serving her father.

"On the flight, Dad was emotional. Instead of looking at his daughter, he kept his eyes out the window, and his daughter was nervous, not knowing how he felt. Waiting for the plane to reach a stable altitude, I approached him to invite him to choose a dish, personally laid out the tablecloth where he was sitting, then asked a passenger to take a picture for him. When everyone praised Dad for having a daughter who was a flight attendant, he was so proud that he burst into tears," Ms. Tran was moved.
