Female Team Leader won the "Pink Swallow" award

Minh Thanh Secondary School, Dong Mai Ward, is such a flower. In 2025, after 15 years of working as a General Manager, she was honored to be one of 80 outstanding teachers nationwide to be awarded the "Pink Swallow" award - a noble recognition of the Central Council of Young Pioneers.

Teacher Ha Thi Ngát was honored to receive the "Pink Swallow" Award in 2025.

The "Pink Swallow" Award is a noble award of the Central Council of the Young Pioneers for teachers who are excellent Team Leaders, with many contributions to the cause of protecting, caring for, educating teenagers and children and building a strong Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers Organization.

In 2025, the Standing Committee of the Award Selection Council received 121 applications from 54/63 provinces and cities and unanimously awarded the award to 80 nominees. Teacher Ha Thi Ngát is one of two outstanding representatives of Quang Ninh province honored to win the award this year.

Sharing right after receiving this noble award, Ms. Ngát could not hide her emotion: 15 years of being attached to the uniform of the General Manager is 15 years that I have lived fully with my passion. The "Pink Swallow" award is not my own achievement but the sweet fruit of the whole collective, from the school's Board of Directors who always trust, colleagues who share and especially from the beloved students.

The heart of the Team activities at Minh Thanh Secondary School is the spirit of "For beloved juniors". Under the leadership of Ms. Ngát, movements such as "Good scores", "Clean notebooks, beautiful writing", "Friends progress together" are no longer slogans, but have become practical actions, spreading the warmth of friendship. Thereby supporting and encouraging students with difficult circumstances to excel in their studies and life, contributing to improving the quality of teaching and learning at the school.

Taking on the role of a literature teacher, teacher Ha Thi Ngát always strives to find a suitable teaching method for each group in the direction of promoting students' positivity, so that they love the subject and discover new knowledge on their own. The lessons taught by Ms Ngát are exciting journeys to explore the colorful and emotional world of literature, bringing strong impressions and marking knowledge for students.

Teacher Ha Thi Ngát is always actively seeking new methods in teaching.

In the movement activities, thanks to her enthusiastic leadership, the playground at Minh Thanh Secondary School is always bustling and has achieved an impressive "collection" of awards at the provincial and central levels: 4 times winning the national second prize in the Postage Stamp Collection and Learning Contest from 2018 to 2025; national second prize in the "Vietnamese Children with Traffic Safety" Contests in 2020 and 2021, Flashmob Dance in 2022 and a series of provincial-level awards in the contests "Singing the National Anthem at the Red Address", "Telling Uncle Ho's Story", "Team Ceremony"...

As one of the leading teachers in applying information technology to the work of the Youth Union, Ms. Ngát's initiatives and experiences are highly appreciated, showing serious investment and depth in professional thinking.

The 2025 “Pink Swallow” Award for Ms. Ha Thi Ngát is not a surprise, but an inevitable recognition for a long and dedicated journey. That “Swallow” not only brings spring to Minh Thanh Secondary School’s Union, but is also a source of inspiration, lighting the fire of passion for many teachers - Team Leaders in the province, who are silently dedicating day and night to the cause of “growing people”.
