Skills training for nearly 600 teachers and Team Leaders

DNO - On the morning of September 18, at the Da Nang Children's Palace, the Da Nang City Young Pioneers Council held the opening ceremony of a training program on skills and professional skills for teachers to be Team Leaders for the 2025-2026 school year.

The program takes place in 2 phases, phase 1 on September 18 and 19, phase 2 on September 22 and 23.

Teachers in charge of primary and secondary school teams in the city are trained in skills in caring for and educating children and teenagers; skills in managing and organizing activities at the Team base; and skills in applying digital transformation tools to support the organization of Team activities in schools.

In addition, the team leaders were instructed on some key contents about the children's drum and trumpet formation at the team; the rituals and ceremonies of the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers Team; group dances and folk dances prescribed for the school year...

According to Deputy Secretary of the City Youth Union Le Kim Thuong, this is an annual activity to help the team of general leaders improve their capacity, renew their organizational thinking and inspire them in caring for and educating children; contributing to building a strong Youth Union organization, and the children's movement to develop more and more, in accordance with the needs of the new situation.

On this occasion, the City Youth Union - City Young Pioneers Council awarded certificates of merit and certificates of merit from the Central Youth Union and the Central Young Pioneers Council to collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in Young Pioneers work and children's movements in the 2024-2025 school year.
