Ha Tinh's power grid infrastructure is increasingly being invested in to be modern and synchronous.

In 2025, the production and business situation of PC Ha Tinh encountered many obstacles, with many hot spells causing high load, especially storm No. 5 at the end of August which caused serious damage to the power grid infrastructure, taking a lot of time and money to restore. However, with the motto "Safe, continuous, stable power supply, serving customers' needs well", the company's board of directors directed its affiliated units to synchronously deploy many solutions, closely following targets and plans, ensuring stable power supply for socio -economic development and people's lives, striving to complete assigned production and business goals.

Ky Anh Regional Power Management Team (QLDLKV) is currently managing more than 68,000 customers; more than 600 km of medium voltage lines, 1,115 km of low voltage lines and 654 transformer stations. In addition to the task of supplying electricity to people's lives, the unit also ensures a stable power source for industrial parks, clusters and production and business enterprises, contributing to maintaining the growth rate of the key economic zone in the South of the province.

The year 2025 marks the recovery of the industrial sector, contributing to strong growth in electricity load demand.

Mr. Dang Don Son - Captain of Ky Anh Power Supply Management Team said: “This year, along with the recovery and prosperity of the industry, economic zones and industrial parks in the area have welcomed many new factors. In particular, 2 battery factories and VinFast Electric Car Factory of VinGroup Corporation have come into operation, reaching high capacity; the Vinhomes Vung Ang Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment, Construction and Business Project has been started, contributing to the strong growth in electricity load demand. As of August 31, the unit's commercial electricity output reached 247 million kWh, an increase of 134.57% over the same period in 2024; developing 1,420 new customers.

Currently, the unit is focusing on implementing many key solutions to ensure the comprehensive completion of the 2025 production and business plan. In particular, it focuses on strengthening the inspection and supervision of grid operations, promptly handling existing problems on the grid, thereby reducing the rate of electricity loss (TTĐN). At the same time, the unit promotes the application of digital technology in management, operation, exploitation of remote measurement systems, data analysis to improve dispatch efficiency, optimize power supply methods. In addition, the quality of customer service continues to be improved, focusing on expanding online transaction channels, increasing response speed, promptly resolving customers' electricity needs.

The power grid infrastructure of Ky Anh power area is being invested in and upgraded to be more and more modern and synchronous, contributing to the socio-economic development of the locality.

In particular, the new growth driver comes from the project to build and renovate the medium voltage power line supplying power to the VinFast electric car factory in Vung Ang Economic Zone. This project has completed phase 1 and is preparing to hand over phase 2, not only meeting the requirements for stable power supply for the factory but also contributing to significantly increasing the unit's commercial electricity output. This is an important premise for the unit to confidently complete the target of commercial electricity output in 2025 reaching 390 million kWh, equivalent to 134% compared to the implementation in 2024, creating a strong breakthrough in development.

According to the Ha Tinh PC Business Department, in the first 8 months of 2025, the commercial electricity output reached 1,146.452 million kWh, an increase of 5.10% over the same period in 2024. The average electricity price reached 2,276.89 VND/kWh, an increase of 137.45 VND/kWh; the cumulative electricity collection rate reached 100%. The rate of customers paying without cash also reached 100%. The company completed 4/4 targets on customer service quality; received and resolved the supply of electricity to 62 medium-voltage customers with an average time of 3.21 days/5 days, 1.79 days shorter than the regulation. The rate of providing level 4 online electricity services reached 100%. By the end of 2025, Ha Tinh PC strives to achieve a commercial electricity output of 1.69 billion kWh.

In parallel with business activities, PC Ha Tinh pays special attention to investment and construction work. Many key projects have been implemented, contributing to improving the quality of electricity, better meeting the needs of customers, supporting the province in implementing socio-economic development targets and ensuring national energy security. At the same time, focusing on implementing sustainable electricity loss, synchronizing many technical, management and propaganda solutions to reduce the loss index, approaching and maintaining it at a low level compared to the average of the whole Corporation.

In 2025, the Thanh Sen Regional Power Management Team (QLDLKV) was assigned the target of 3.68% of commercial electricity consumption, and 3.58% of voltage level consumption. Since the beginning of the year, the unit has proactively implemented technical solutions and coordinated to accelerate the progress of infrastructure investment projects in the area. In 8 months, the commercial electricity consumption was 3.29%, down 0.63% over the same period, down 0.39% compared to the plan assigned in 2025 (3.68%); 3.40% of voltage level consumption was down 0.29% over the same period and down 0.15% compared to the plan 2025 (3.58%).

Mr. Tran Anh Dung - Captain of Thanh Sen Power Supply Management Team informed: "To improve the reliability of power supply in the area, Thanh Sen Power Supply Management Team especially focuses on investing in upgrading the power grid infrastructure in a smart and streamlined direction. Accordingly, since the beginning of the year, the unit has built and put into operation 6 new substations; renovated, replaced, and increased the cross-section of conductors by more than 10,000m at 40 substations to minimize grid overload. The completed and put into use medium-voltage grid investment projects also contribute to minimizing the number of incidents on the grid."

This year, Ha Tinh PC was assigned by EVNNPC a power loss target of 5.98%. With many efforts in management and operation, the company has synchronously deployed solutions to gradually reduce the power loss rate, completing the set plan. The affiliated power companies focused on reducing low-voltage power loss, prioritizing the handling of transformer stations with high loss rates; assigning power loss targets to each production team; strengthening periodic inspections, overcoming the situation of transformers operating underload and overload. The company also conducted surveys and re-planned the power grid to shorten the power supply radius; stepped up inspections and strictly handled violations of electricity use; regularly cleared the power line corridors, ensuring the safe and stable operation of the power grid. Thanks to that, the technical indicators on power loss, power supply reliability and incident rate are all guaranteed. The unemployment rate in the first 9 months of 2025 is estimated at 6.01%, down 0.36% over the same period in 2024.

According to Mr. Nguyen Tri Dung - Head of PC Ha Tinh Technical Department, to achieve that result, the company has promoted the application of scientific and technological achievements in the fields of management and operation, in which automation and remote control technology continues to be enhanced by the unit, in order to remotely monitor the power grid. In addition, the deployment of hotline electrical repair technology has been enhanced, contributing to reducing the time of power outages for customers.

Ha Tinh Electricity Company requires its affiliated units to continue to strengthen inspection and review of the entire power grid to ensure reduction of power loss.

Mr. Pham Viet Thang - Deputy Director of PC Ha Tinh said: "The company is making all efforts to deploy synchronous solutions to comprehensively complete the targets and business plans for 2025. Regarding the work of reducing power outages, the company requires its affiliated units to continue to strengthen the inspection and review of the entire power grid to promptly detect and handle existing problems and defects in the system; proactively calculate and isolate areas of power lines and substations with power outages greater than technical calculations, and in the same period to develop repair and renovation plans to reduce power outages to the lowest level".

In addition, the company also requires units to focus on regularly monitoring the operating status of medium and low voltage capacitor banks to optimize the operation of capacitor banks; supplement grounding locations that do not meet the required values and install additional equipment to improve the reliability of power supply to the line; regularly check the voltage at distribution substation nodes, adjust the appropriate transformer taps; increase the use of thermal cameras to check contact points, joints, and separate rudders to detect poor contact points and heat generation for timely handling...
