The Provincial People's Committee has just issued an official dispatch on coordinating the organization of giving helmets to first-grade students in 2023 with the theme "Keeping the dream alive".

In order for the Program to achieve its set tasks and strive to achieve the goal of 100% of children of the right age wearing standard helmets when riding motorbikes, scooters, and electric bicycles, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Ngoc Nghi requested the Department of Education and Training (GD-DT) to compile, synthesize, and provide data and information to serve the allocation, transportation, and handover of helmets of Honda Vietnam Company according to the instructions of the Ministry of Education and Training; coordinate with the Provincial Traffic Safety Committee (TSC), the Traffic Safety Committees of districts, towns, and cities, along with Honda Vietnam Company and local Honda dealers to select an elementary school to organize the launching ceremony of the "Keep the Dream" Program and present helmets in the province.

The Chairman of the People's Committee of districts, towns and cities directs the Department of Education and Training at district level to coordinate with the standing agency of Honda Vietnam Company and Honda dealers in the locality to select a primary school to organize the launching ceremony of the Program in the district, town or city.

The provincial police directed the traffic police force to regularly inspect and handle violations of the regulation requiring children to wear helmets when participating in traffic by motorbike, scooter, and electric bicycle in the area, especially handling responsibility for adults transporting children without wearing helmets.

The Provincial Traffic Safety Committee focused on propagating and disseminating legal regulations on traffic safety and order; introducing the significance of the Program in conjunction with mobilizing people and parents to buy and wear standard helmets for children when participating in traffic by motorbike, scooter, electric bicycle with the slogan "Wearing helmets for children - full parental love".
