Southeast Asian fans' reactions when Vietnam futsal won all 3 matches

(Dan Tri) - Southeast Asian fans praised the strength of the Vietnamese futsal team when they defeated Lebanon 4-0 to win a ticket to the 2026 Asian futsal finals.

"Vietnam Futsal is really strong. Congratulations to you guys for winning all 3 matches. See you again in the final round in Indonesia," Yudistira AlSakhi from Indonesia praised the victory of the Vietnam futsal team against Lebanon on the Asean Football website in the final round of the Asian futsal qualifiers on the afternoon of September 24.

The match between the Vietnamese futsal team and the Lebanese futsal team is considered the final match of Group E. Whichever team wins will definitely take the top spot in the group and officially qualify for the 2026 Asian futsal finals, which will take place from January 27 to February 7 in Indonesia next year.

However, the Vietnamese futsal team has an advantage over Lebanon when entering the final round thanks to being 2 points ahead of their opponents and only needing a draw to take the top spot. However, coach Diego Giustozzi's team still played confidently attacking from the start.

The first 10 minutes of the match were relatively balanced. However, the Vietnamese futsal team broke the deadlock when Nguyen Da Hai scored to open the score against Lebanon in the 10th minute.

The loss stunned the Lebanese players, and within just over a minute of the first goal, Lebanon conceded two more goals. Nguyen Manh Dung and Tu Minh Quang were the ones to score for the Vietnamese team. The 3-0 score remained until the end of the first half.

Entering the second half, the Vietnamese futsal team did not put as much pressure as in the first half but still scored another goal after Vu Ngoc Anh scored in the 25th minute, sealing a 4-0 victory for the home team.

This victory helped the Vietnamese futsal team secure a ticket to the 2026 Asian finals as the group leaders after 3 consecutive wins. The performance of coach Diego Giustozzi and his team in the qualifying round in Group E received praise from Southeast Asian fans.
