The Declaration of Independence read by President Ho Chi Minh on September 2, 1945 affirmed that the Vietnamese people are citizens of a free and independent nation, with the right to live, the right to liberty and the right to pursue happiness. 80 years have passed, and each Vietnamese person has become more deeply aware of the value of independence and freedom, and is more aware of their own responsibility in the work of building and defending the Fatherland. From there, the strength of national solidarity and the people's mastery in socio-economic development have been promoted, contributing significantly to realizing the aspiration to develop a prosperous, happy and powerful country.

During the days when the whole country is looking forward to the 80th anniversary of National Day September 2, teachers and students of Quang Lang Primary and Secondary School, Xuan Truc Commune are also bustling to prepare for the opening day of the new school year. The spacious school is now bright with the colors of the national flag, resounding with national pride and self-respect. Teacher Nguyen Thi Tuyet, Vice Principal of the school, expressed her joy: Every time autumn comes, teachers and students are excited to welcome the new school year. The opening ceremony is associated with the meaning of the historic autumn, the echoes of President Ho Chi Minh reading the Declaration of Independence from Ba Dinh Square years ago. Teachers and students of the school are enjoying the great achievements of the August Revolution in 1945, from the blood sacrifices of many generations of ancestors, living, working and studying in peace . Therefore, we must be more aware of our responsibility to the country and the previous generation, compete to teach well, study well, educate patriotism, and enrich students' knowledge so that they can confidently accept the responsibility of being future owners of the country.

Over the years, Hung Yen province has always identified the key development goal of the province as taking care of the comprehensive development of the people, taking the people as the center; economic growth associated with ensuring social policies; creating conditions for the people to participate and enjoy the results of the innovation cause. Programs and projects are derived from real life, from the aspirations and legitimate interests of the people and the comprehensive and sustainable development of the province. Located in the key industrial center of the province, in Xuan Truc commune, there are many large industrial parks that have been put into operation and are being deployed. After the administrative unit arrangement, Xuan Truc commune has a new development space, a modern transportation system with breakthrough regional connectivity, creating a driving force to promote strong development. In that result, there is consensus and support for the land recovery policy to serve the project, creating conditions for thousands of households in the commune to hand over the site. In the new rural construction movement, the people's strength and resources were also unleashed with hundreds of billions of dong; People donated more than 8,000 square meters of land, built 10,000 square meters of walls to widen village and commune roads from 3 to 7 meters. Mr. Vu Van Tien, a pioneer in Xuan Nguyen village, excitedly donated dozens of square meters of land: In the new rural construction movement, we, the people, have not only enjoyed the results of the correct and meaningful policy, but also proudly contributed our efforts, money, and materials for the common good. Wide roads, convenient traffic, serving the daily life and travel of ourselves and the people, promoting local economic development.

Since the successful August Revolution, our people have become masters of a free and independent country, guaranteed by the capacity and true mastery of each citizen. Economic sectors have been able to promote their capacity, people are free to develop production and business to legitimately enrich themselves and their families and contribute to their homeland and country. Mr. Do Duc Kha, Director of Cui Van Longan Cooperative, Hong Quang Commune, said: With the Party's policy and viewpoint on promoting the people's mastery in all areas of social life, people are motivated and promote their capacity to legitimately enrich themselves. Cui Van Longan Cooperative has 20 members, with the direction of preserving and promoting the value of the local specialty longan, Mr. Kha and the members have taken a shortcut, opening their own way to preserve and promote the brand and reputation of the local Cui Van longan product. Cooperatives receive support in technology, science , product promotion, agricultural product consumption promotion, and support for sustainable development.

Promoting the strength of great solidarity in building the country, overseas Vietnamese are an inseparable part. From there, those far from home like Mr. Doan Van Thinh, who is living and working in Ukraine, can also return to contribute to the development of their homeland. Following every step of the country's development, approaching and grasping the Party's policies and the State's policies, with national consciousness and responsibility to contribute to the country, Mr. Thinh returned to Vietnam to seek investment opportunities in his hometown of Luong Bang commune, establishing Thinh Hung Duc Company Limited, specializing in the production of unburnt bricks. The company creates jobs and creates income for hundreds of local workers. Mr. Thinh shared that, along with the open policy on private economic development, the view that overseas Vietnamese are a valuable resource and a great strength for the cause of building and protecting the Fatherland of the Party and State, we are really excited, trust in the Party, the State and stand side by side in the cause of national renewal.

In the current revolutionary period, the Party's viewpoint and Ho Chi Minh's thought on taking the people as the root are increasingly respected. From there, each Vietnamese citizen is awakened to the sense of national pride and precious patriotic traditions, transforming them into the will and aspiration to contribute, bringing their talents and intelligence to study, work, and build a beautiful and rich country.
