Promoting the strength of great solidarity, towards a new development journey

The Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels is a solid "bridge" between the Party, the government and the people; it is a place where the strength of the great national unity bloc converges. Not only promoting its role in propaganda and mobilization, the Front also pioneers in innovating the content and methods of operation, focusing on the grassroots, taking the people as the center to care for and protect the legitimate and legal rights and interests, contributing to building an increasingly civilized and prosperous homeland.

Many projects and tasks contributing to the construction of new rural areas and civilized urban areas have been jointly implemented by the Fatherland Front at all levels and socio-political organizations.

Strength from unity

Over the past five years, the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front has promoted its role as a center of solidarity, a core force in mobilizing and rallying people's strength, and arousing community responsibility. Many patriotic emulation movements and large-scale campaigns have been deployed synchronously, spreading deeply and widely, contributing to strengthening trust and social consensus.

Housing care for people is focused on by the Fatherland Front at all levels.

In particular, the campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas" was chaired and coordinated by the Fatherland Front at all levels in the province and socio-political organizations and achieved effective implementation. Through propaganda and mobilization, people donated more than 230 hectares of land, contributed 64,978 working days and more than 938 billion VND to join the State in repairing and upgrading more than 108.7km of rural roads and implementing 3,984 projects in the fields of transportation, irrigation, electricity, water, environment, etc.

The Fatherland Front at all levels and socio-political organizations play a core role in mobilizing people to participate in environmental protection, responding to climate change, and building a bright, green, clean, and beautiful landscape. Each member organization has its own initiatives and models, which are both specific and suitable to the local situation. Specifically, the Farmers' Association has the Model Country Road model, Green Road - Clean Canal; the Women's Union has the Family of 5 Nos, 3 Cleans model; the Veterans' Association has the movement of Helping each other to sustainably reduce poverty and do good business ; the Youth Union has the National Flag Road model and the Youth Start-up movement. The Fatherland Front at all levels plays a role in maintaining and improving the quality of models associated with security, religion, and the community such as Peaceful Religious Village; Buddhists live a good life, beautiful religion; Safe light; Security and order loudspeakers;... These models bring practical results, creating a deep and wide spread in the community, while strengthening the great national unity bloc, maintaining political stability, order and social security at the grassroots level.

Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Nguyen Thi Thu Trinh commented: “The results of the campaign “All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas” not only change the appearance of the countryside but also arouse the spirit of solidarity, responsibility and awareness of the people. That is the “invisible thread” connecting the Party's will with the people's hearts, the foundation for Tay Ninh to continue to develop in the new period”.

With the motto "Taking people as the center of all activities", the Fatherland Front at all levels constantly innovates its working methods, arousing national pride and community awareness through many practical movements. In particular, the campaign "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods" has become a bright spot, contributing to promoting the patriotism of the people. The Fatherland Front at all levels and socio-political organizations promote propaganda, organize Vietnamese goods fairs, bring Vietnamese goods to residential areas and rural areas, helping people easily access domestic products with quality and reasonable prices.

The campaign "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods" has become a bright spot, promoting the people's patriotism.

Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tan An Ward Nguyen Chi Tam said: “We coordinate with political and social organizations to promote propaganda and encourage people to use Vietnamese products. Thereby, contributing to improving the competitiveness of domestic products and supporting local businesses to develop.”

With the involvement of the Front system, consumers' trust in Vietnamese goods has been increasingly strengthened, and shopping habits have changed positively. Many Vietnamese products and brands, especially consumer goods, agricultural products, and local handicrafts, have increasingly affirmed their position and created trust for consumers.

Ms. Pham Thi Thuy Linh (resident of Quarter 4, Tan An Ward, Tay Ninh Province) shared: “In the past, I often chose imported goods, but now, seeing that Vietnamese goods have good quality, beautiful designs, and reasonable prices, I buy them to support them. People buying Vietnamese goods also contributes to supporting domestic enterprises, helping workers have jobs.”

An important highlight in the activities of the Front is to promote the effectiveness of social supervision and criticism. Through the activities of the People's Inspectorate, the Community Investment Supervision Board and self-management groups in residential areas, the Front at all levels promptly grasps the thoughts and recommendations of the people, and at the same time supervises the implementation of policies and public works, contributing to preventing violations and improving the effectiveness of state management. Thereby, the representative role and voice of the people are increasingly affirmed, the grassroots government is increasingly transparent, closer to the people and for the people. Over the past five years, the Fatherland Front at all levels in the province has organized more than 5,000 supervisions, helping to promptly resolve more than 90% of people's recommendations, creating trust in the grassroots government apparatus.

The Fatherland Front at all levels and socio-political organizations pay great attention to social security work, especially caring for the poor and those in difficult circumstances.

Along with that, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations pay special attention to social security work and care for the lives of the poor. Responding to the emulation movement "The whole country joins hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses nationwide by 2025", up to now, the province has supported the construction of 722 new houses and the repair of 133 Great Unity houses for poor and near-poor households, worth more than 68.1 billion VND. In addition, many models of helping each other to sustainably reduce poverty continue to be maintained. The Fatherland Front at all levels mobilizes support for trees, animals, and seeds; people in hamlets and neighborhoods unite, support each other, and regularly support poor households, near-poor households, and households in difficult circumstances to produce, do business, buy and sell, raise livestock, etc., contributing to reducing the poverty rate according to the province's multidimensional approach standards to 0.65%.

New journey on the foundation of great solidarity

In the context of the province expanding its development space, the role of the Fatherland Front becomes more and more important, not only as a "bridge" between the Party, the government and the people but also as a center of solidarity, gathering the unanimous strength of the whole society. The Vietnam Fatherland Front of the province identifies promoting the great national unity bloc in the new period as a regular political task and a long-term strategy, creating a foundation for the sustainable development of the locality.

In the 2025-2030 term, the Vietnam Fatherland Front of the province will focus on improving the quality of propaganda work, grasping public opinion, listening and promptly responding to the thoughts and aspirations of the people, continuing to be the "bridge" between the Party's will and the people's hearts; promoting the role of social supervision and criticism, contributing to building a clean and strong Party and government; caring for the lives of the poor, ensuring social security, determined to "leave no one behind".

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Trinh affirmed: “When the people are in favor, all difficulties can be overcome. The Fatherland Front at all levels will continue to be the common home of the great national unity bloc, so that every citizen can feel that they are a part of the province's development journey.”

The results achieved over the past 5 years have affirmed the position and central role of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in consolidating the great national unity bloc, promoting the strength of consensus, creating a solid foundation for Tay Ninh to enter a new development stage, building a dynamic, rich and affectionate land./.
