Improve the quality of trials

In recent years, the two-level People's Courts in the province have implemented many solutions to improve the quality of trial cases, ensuring the right person, the right crime, and the right law, making an important contribution to maintaining political stability, security, and social order and safety. Comrade Ma Hong Thang, Intermediate Judge of the Provincial People's Court, said: "To improve the quality of trials, each judge needs to focus on researching and evaluating evidence comprehensively and objectively, especially the developments at the trial. Only then will the judgments ensure legal correctness and accuracy in each judgment, contributing to preventing violations, maintaining social order and strengthening people's trust in justice."

Conference to review experience in trial work of two-level People's Courts in the province.

The period 2013 - 2025 marked a profound and comprehensive development in the organization and operation of the two-level People's Court with over 38,000 cases accepted and resolved, reaching a rate of 99.8%, of which 4,788/4,793 criminal cases were resolved with over 9,000 defendants, 100% of cases applying administrative handling at the Court were resolved. In particular, the work of mediation and dialogue in resolving civil and administrative cases was focused on with a mediation rate of over 70%.

Immediately after the end of the activities of the district-level People's Courts according to Resolution No. 60-NQ/TW dated April 12, 2025 of the 11th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee, the regional People's Courts quickly took over the work, ensuring that the process of accepting and resolving cases was not interrupted. Along with the improvement of the organization, the team of judges and secretaries, the two-level People's Courts of Tuyen Quang province continued to promote the sense of responsibility, improve the quality of trials, and at the same time strengthen the application of information technology, reform judicial administrative procedures, and meet the requirements in the new period.

Proactive innovation

Always adhering to the motto: "Serving the public, following the law, being fair and impartial" associated with studying and following the ideology, morality and style of Ho Chi Minh , the Provincial People's Court has built many emulation and innovation movements, creating a strong spread throughout the industry. The two-level People's Court has organized nearly 700 trial sessions to gain experience, thereby contributing to improving the quality of case resolution. Along with that, the use of the Court Virtual Assistant software to look up documents, guide the application of the law and exchange professional situations has also been promoted.

In 2025, the People's Courts at two levels of Tuyen Quang province identified one of the key tasks as strengthening political education, ideology, moral qualities, political courage and professional ethics for cadres and civil servants. Thoroughly implementing the motto of action "Solidarity, responsibility, discipline, integrity, innovation, overcoming difficulties and efficiency". Strengthening the application of information technology, exploiting and effectively using Virtual Assistant software to serve professional work.

Comrade Nguyen Minh Hung, Chief Justice of Tuyen Quang Provincial People's Court, said: "In close adherence to the spirit of Resolution No. 27-NQ/TW of 2022 of the Central Executive Committee and the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress, the two-level Courts in the province always clearly identify the motto of adjudication as the focus, litigation as the breakthrough, ensuring all adjudication activities are public, transparent and fair. At the same time, coordinate synchronously and effectively with the agencies conducting the proceedings to improve the quality of case settlement, promote propaganda, dissemination and education of the law, continue to effectively implement the innovation revolution to contribute to the successful implementation of judicial reform requirements in the current period."

With a glorious tradition of 80 years of establishment and 35 years of construction and development, the two-level People's Court of Tuyen Quang province has achieved proud achievements in innovation and improvement of trial work. Thereby meeting the requirements of judicial reform, contributing to protecting justice and maintaining the trust of the people.
